Rice 50 gms
Fish 200 gms
Butter 5 gms
Veggies 100 gms
Schezwan Sauce 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Dry red chilli 2 strands
Star Anise 2 stars
Salt to taste
Add rice in the saucepan with water and salt
Bring this to boil over medium high heat
reduce the heat and simmer
Check if rice is tender and has absorbed all water
Remove from heat and let it stand covered
Rice is ready to be served
Marinate fish with lemon juice and salt keep it aside for mins
heat the wok with some butter , garlic , dry red chilli star anise
Add Schezwan sauce , soy sauce and let it simmer
Add fish and Saute till brown
Add vegetables and / cup water
Let it cook for couple of mins
Adjust consistency if required
Fish is ready to be served
