100 gm salad veggies thinly sliced 70gms Spinach finely chopped 20gm boiled shredded chicken 10gm Any boiled millet of choice (Jowar) Oregano Pasta herbs for seasoning half lime juice
Heat Non stick pan. NO OIL Needed. add veggies n saute for a min add Spinach seasoning powders toss/mix well. switch off flame. add shredded chicken. squeeze lemon juice for dash for Vit C just before consuming. crispy cruncy salad ready in minutes. PS: Vegetarians can add paneer/soya/tofu
