Wheat flour 50 gms soya chunks flour 20 gms Sattu 15 gms Ghee 6 gms salt as per taste red chilli pwd .25 tsp amchur pwd .25 tsp jeera .25 red chilli pickle or any pickle masala .5 tsp
)Mix gms flour, soya flour and a little salt and knead into a soft dough. Leave aside for mins. )Mix Sattu flour, salt as per taste, all spices and tbsp water )Divide aata dough into balls and fill with the sattu mixture . ) Roll them and roast them on a tawa applying ghee . ) Serve hot with pickle/curd/raita/kadhi (whatever fits in your macros) I made some ker ka achaar with it .(calories not added here)
