Ingredients

100 grams fresh and boiled green peas

100 grams boiled potato

100 grams paneer

Basic spices like chaat masala , black salt, cummin powder, salt and pepper.

5 grams olive oil/ ghee

Method

Step 1

Boil the peas and once it’s cool down grind it in a fine paste in a mixer jar. Try avoiding extra water.

Step 2

Boil the potato and grate it Also grate the paneer.

Step 3

Now In a bowl mix all the ingredients like peas paste, grated potato(boiled) and paneer with basic spices like salt pepper , chilli, chaat masala , cummin powder , black salt.

Step 4

Make it in a round patty. You can meal prep it and keep it in fridge and when required sauté it nicely from both the sides on a non stick pan.
