Red lentils split- 100g
Paneer / cottage cheese - 50g
Egg- 1
Curd -100g
Ginger + garlic + green chilly - 10g
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Butter - 2g
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Soak red lentils in water for about - minutes or until it absorbs water.
Drain water and add it to mixer or use a hand blender. Churn lentils with egg until you get smooth texture.
Add grated paneer and curd and grind again. Add baking soda and salt and ginger and garlic and chilly paste and churn again for the last time.
Grease a non-stick pan with butter or a baking tray if you want to bake it in oven. For cooking it in nonstick pan, pour the batter cover the lid and let it cook for about minutes or until you get dry wooden stick when inserted. For oven/ airfyer bake at about - degrees C for about - minutes or until it is done. Sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy 😊
