50gms Gram flour
150gms chopped capsicum ( red, yellow,green) (you can use only green)
50gms cheese
Mixed herb
Chilli Flakes
Salt
Black pepper
For Batter- In a bowl, put gram flour and all the spices and make a nice pancake batter.
Make lightly roasted soft pancakes of Roti size on non- stick without oil and keep it aside.
For filling- Put Chopped capsicum on baking tray for mins and take out and let it cool down.
Now put all the spices and cheese with vegetables and mix it well.
Put filling on half side of Pancakes and fold it and bake it for mins or keep it on non- stick pan for mins.
