Chicken breast 100g

Mushrooms 25g

Bread slices-2

Cheese slice-1

Method

Step 1

Marinate g chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and paprika. Airfry at Deg. C for mins. Pull the chicken with fork/hand. Keep it aside. Slice mushrooms thinly. Add g butter in a pan on medium to low heat, add sliced mushrooms. Sauté for mins till these get mushy and light brown. Add shredded/pulled chicken, salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté for more minute. Switch off the gas and put cheese slice on top of the mixture in the pan itself when it’s still hot. Wait for a minute and mix. This helps in binding the chicken and mushrooms together. Stuff in the bread slices, cut and voila, the sandwich is ready. Alternatively cheese can be used as it is in between the bread. Any other veg like carrot/onion can also be used.
