125g Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (ON - Good standard Whey for this recipe)
25g Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
25g Raspberries
3g Coconut Oil
35g Egg White
20g Rolled oats
Take all the ingredients above and mash them up in a large bowl, use your hands! Ensure everything is nicely mixed together, there shouldn’t be any clumps of banana or dry spots, everything should be mixed well and infused together.
Take a frying pan, flame on low to medium heat, and add the Coconut oil. Spread this all over your pan. Once heated, take clumps with a large spoon or ladle of your pancake batter and put onto the pan. Allow one side to cook for - minutes then turn. Do this for all of the batter.
Once everything is cooked, you can garnish with a few berries or banana, just make sure everything is tracked!
Optional: You can also add in Peanut Butter to the mix! Once again, if you do, remember to track the additional macros. Quantified Nutrition is key!!!
