Brown bread toasted and powdered :3 slices ( toast it and powder it in mixer)
Ghee :7gms
Raisins :2gms
Whey protein :1 scoop
Soya milk:250ml
Stevia as per taste
STEP: . Heat pan . Add ghee . Once ghee is hot . Add powdered bread and fry till aromatic . Now add ml soya milk and save ml for the end . Fry and saute till soft . Add stevia and stir well . If its too dry add milk gradually little by little . Now take ml soya milk and whey(make a shake) . Add it to halwa gradually and keep stirring . Once mixed well and halwa reaches thock consistency take off the flame and enjoy your protein bread halwa 😋
