200 g Chicken Breast (mince) , 100 g Onion , 100 g Tomato , 20 g Corriander leaves , 1 Green Chilly , 1 TS Corriander powder , 1 TS Cumin Powder , 1.5 TS Salt , 1 TS Garam Masala , 0.5 TS Red Chilly powde , 1 whole egg( beaten) , 2 g Olive oil, 15 g Besan
) Take g Onion and g Tomatoes, cut into small pieces. ) In a bowl , take gm Chicken breast , cleaned and minced and add chopped onion and Tomatoes. Add green chilly chopped and gm Corriander leaves (cleaned and chopped) ) Add all the spices and salt. ) Mix them with spatula or by hand. ) Take whole beaten egg and g besan and add them to the mixture and again mix them with spatula or by hand. ) Set the mixture aside and make it rest for - mins. ) Take g olive oil and rub in your hand. Make small flat balls of the mix and put them in Airfryer or Oven ) If using airfryer , set the temperature to for mins ) If using oven , use convection mode at temperature for to mins ) Serve them with green chutney or enjoy them without Chutney 😀
