Butter 10g
Cheese slice 1
Milk 20ml
Flour 15g
garlic finely chopped
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Salt
Boil pasta
Heat pan,add butter(g),add chopped veggies and sauté for min.
Remove veggies in separate bowl
Heat remaining butter,add chopped garlic& sauté.Add flour and mix.Add milk plus water without forming lumps
Add chilli flakes,peri peri seasoning,oregano and salt as per taste.
Add veggies,cheese slice
Add boiled pasta and mix well
Veggies used are - bell pepper,mushrooms,onion,sweet corn and few olives too (hardly )
