• 50 gm Besan • 4-5 Arbi leaves • 1 tsp Garam masala • Salt for taste. • 1 tsp Laal mirch • 1 tsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste ( for taste) • 1/2 tsp Ajwain • 1/2 tsp Dhania powder •Oil 20 gm
• Mix all the ingredients and make a paste of little bit medium consistency. • Apply the paste on arvi leaves back side one by one • After applying the paste on - leaves stacked on one another, fold the leaves to make a roll • Cut the roll into halves and boil it in pressure cooker • After boiling and cooling store in refrigerator • Cut the roll into thin slices and fry the slices. • Serve hot and enjoy 😉
