papad roasted-2 ( 20 gm)
onion- 1/4(17.5 gm)
tomato-1/2(45.5 gm)
olive oil- 1 tabelspoon
malai- (normal milk one)- 2 teaspoon (10 gm)
salt as per taste
red chili as per taste
cumin seeds -1/2 teaspoon
hing -a pinch
coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
haldi-1/2 teaspoon
heat the oil in a pan or kadhai, put hing and cummin seeds in it. . Add onion(chopped) and cook it untill translucent, put haldi and let it cook . Now add ginger garlic paste,tomato (chopped)and salt ,it will make tomato soft. Now add red chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala. . Add malai here n stir. Now add water as much gravy you want .Let it cook for minutes. . Now add roasted papad and cook for another minute. . ( optional) garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
