200gm veggies(pumpkin, Carrot,peas)
6gm oil
50gm onion
50gm tomato
2-3 clove of garlic
pao Bhaji masala
bread 63 gm or u can use pao too
cut the veggis and boil it in pressure cooker for - minutes.
for tadka-add oil in pan(gm). put garlic, followed by jeera and onions.
once onion get tender, add chopped tomato
put salt, red chill powder, tumeric and garam masala. and let it cook for - minutes
once tadka releases the oil, add boiled veggies into it and mash it with masher.
add pao Bhaji masala in the last and again cook it for - minutes
Now toast the bread/pao on non stick pan, I used rest gm oil in greasing the pan.
serve it hot with finely chopped onions on bhaji.
