grean beans - 30 gm
carrot - 30 gm
yoghurt - 20 gm
green chilli - 10 gm
boil soya chunks and vegetables for to min and squiz water from soya chunks
put boiled soya chunks, vegetables in grinder and add green chillies and paneer. Grind it to the coarse paste
keep mixture in a bowl and add salt and lemon juice as per your taste. Add greek yoghurt / hung curd for binding it
keep it in a freezer for min.
Make shape as u like. bind it on skewer, or make patties
Heat the pan with ml oil and roast the kebab- patties from both the side
Sprinkle some lemon juice and chat masala and serve with mint chutney😍😍
