Wheat flour-25 g
Paneer-25 g
Soya chunks powder-10 g
Ghee -5g
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp (optional)
Corriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Green chilli-1
Garlic pods - 2-3
Ginger- half inch piece
Red chilli powder-half tsp
Ajwain-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Wheat flour or rice flour for dusting / rolling paratha
Hing(asafodita)- 1 pinch
Chat masala/ amchur - half tsp ( optional)
Grind raw soya chunks with one green chilli, - garlic cloves, half inch ginger
Mash paneer
Add soya chunks powder, hing , ajwain ,chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder, corriander powder,chat masala or any other masala of your choice
Add salt and knead softly to form ball for stuffing
Knead wheat flour like chapati dough with a little salt and water, apply little oil or ghee or butter on hands in the end if necessary
Roll a small circle and add stuffing and close it to form a ball
Roll paratha ,dusting flour
Brush oil/ghee/ butter on nonstick pan and roast parathas from both sides
