Wheat flour-40 gm Home made Paneer-100 gm Spices and Salt-as per taste Ghee-5gm
Knead wheat flour dow with warm water(add some salt to taste in dow). Mix Paneer with spices and salt (as per taste). Preheat the iron tawa on medium flame. Fill the mixture of Paneer in dow roll and roll it with the help of pin on rolling board. Put it on preheat tawa add ghee after flipping on one side. Make it brown and crispy. Serve with seasonal chutney.
