onion 2 small, finely chopped.

Schezwan Sauce, Vinegar and Red chilli sauce
1 spoon cornflour
Boil Rice and set aside. Add the cornflour with some water in a bowl and ser aside.
In a non stick pan take just one spoon oil.
Add half of the chopped onion and green veggies and saute on high flame.
Lower down the flame and add small spoon of vinegar and spoon soya sauce. add a bit of pepper and a little bit of salt and mix well.
Pour the boiled rice and mix well. Cook for minutes and set aside.
In another pan take the remaining oil. We had ml for two serving so divided half for both the things.
Add chopped garlic and cook for sec. Add onion and cook on high flame for another min.
Add tomato puree and put the flame at medium. cook for - minutes mixing it well.
Add one spoon vinegar, spoon soya sauce, Medium spoon Schezwan Sauce and spoon red chilli sauce salt and pepper. Mix everything for sec - min.
Add paneer cubes and let it cook in the sauce for - min on slow flame.
Add water mixed cornflour and cook it for more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.
