Sprinkle water on poha and let it soak for mins Heat ghee in pan add mustard seed and once it splutters ,add onion and let it cook
Once onion is cooked add finely chopped potato and capsicum add salt and cover it and let it cook for to mins
Once potato n capsicum is cooked add tomato,poha and mix it well now add turmeric powder ,green chillies and let it cook for to mins add sweetener (optional) s as bdy lime juice ,paneer pieces and cheese pieces and mix everything and let it cook at low flame for one min.poha is done
