Spinach 300 gms
Tomatoes 100 gms
Ghee 5 gm
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 pinch
- Pour ghee into a pot and saute sliced garlic for min. -
- Add the tomatoes and saute till it softens
- Add the spinach and saute until it wits and the raw smell has gone completely.
-Cool it and blend it into a smooth paste. Add / cup water and blend again
-Pour the spinach puree into a pot and and bring to boil.
- Tum off the gas. Sprinkle black pepper.
