Cumin seeds/ mustard seeds : as per taste
Curry leaves : as per taste
Dry red chillies : as per taste
Turmeric powder : as per taste
Chilli powder : as per taste
Salt as per taste
STEPS: .Heat pan . Add oil . Add peanuts, fry well and take it out and keep it seperately . Now add paneer pieces and fry till golden brown and take it out and keep it aside . Now to the same oil add jeera/mustard seeds/ dry red chilli/curry leaves and fry well . Add onions and fry till golden brown . Add tomatoes and salt and fry well . Add turmeric and chilli powder as per taste buds and fry well . Add palak / spinach puree and cook well . Once well cooked and puree reduces by quantity . Wash poha and add it to pan . Keep stirring till there is no liquid left but make sure you dont break poha as it will be delicate . Once done add serve it to a bowl/dish . Add the paneer and peanuts fried on top and enjoy
