Rolled oats 1/2 scoop approx 12 grams
whey protein unflavoured 1/2 scoop
cocoa powder 1/4th teaspoon
milk 20ml
baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
essence vanila flavour 1/2 spoon (optional)
cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
dryfruits kaju kismis almonds
sugar 3 teaspoon or stevia 3 sachets
grind the oats in mixer to make powder
mix oats powder and whey protein, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well
add some milk and essence liquid
mix the batter using a spoon and keep stirring in clock wise direction for around times
make sure the batter is not too liquid
apply some butter to the pot in which you are about to pour this mixture into so that it wont stick after baking
pour the mixture in pot
add stufffing of dryfruits over it
for microwave oven keep this mixture in it for minute. For OTG oven keep this mixture on ° temp for . minutes
