40gm Rolled Oats

5gm dark chocolate chips

4gm cashews

20gm milk

100gm Banana

1tea spoon vanilla essence and baking powder

Sweetener (optional)

Method

Step 1

Smash the banana in a mixing bowl using a fork

Step 2

Grind oats to a fine powder

Step 3

Add milk ,Vanila essence,tea spoon baking powder,zero calorie sweetener (optional) to smashed banana and mix it well

Step 4

Add oats and mix it to batter consistency,add extra water if needed.

Step 5

Transfer to a microwave safe dish,top it with choco chips and nuts and bake it in air fryer for min in degree or microwave it for -mins
