Oats 40 gm

Milk 250 mL

Whey Protein ( chocolate ) 1 scoop

Walnut 5 gm + flaxseeds 5 gm

Banana 100 gm + Apple 50 gm + Strawberry 10 gm

Method

Step 1

Step : Measure g of oats and mL of milk in a pan.

Step 2

Step : Cook the oats for minutes, then let it cool for minutes.

Step 3

Step : Add scoop of whey protein and mix well. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with fruits, nuts, and seeds of your choice.

Step 4

Tips: . Make sure to measure everything according to your calorie needs. . Add the whey protein after the oats have cooled down for a while to prevent it from curdling.
