Soak deseeded dates in one cup water. Roughly chop all the nuts, dry roast them and all seeds. DO NOT burn them. In an iron kadhai/pan add tsp ghee, add dates puree (blend soaked dates), cook the puree on a low flame. When the water releases, add crushed pepper, pinch of salt and cardamom powder. Add all nuts and seeds, mix them well. Add coconut powder and oats powder, mix well. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer in a baking dish. Place butter paper before transferring the mixture. Flatten it and place into refrigerator to chill for minutes to allow the bars to set, cut into bars/cubes. Store them in airtight container and keep them in cool place. I prefer to grab a small bite during second half of the day for quick energy.
