Lotus stem/nadur 150g
Curd 200g
Ghee 10g
Green cardamom
Dalchini
Clove
Jeera
Sauth powder
Sauf powder
Salt
Peel and chop nadur ,add in water and put cloves and microwave for - min
Heat ghee,add elachi,jeera,dal chini stick,half katori water and curd
Stir vigorously to avoid curdling
Once it start boiling,simmer the flame & let it cook for mins
Add tsp sauf & sauth powder and mix well
Drain water form nadur and add in curd gravy
Add salt at this stage and cook covered for mins
By this time,gravy will get a bit thick Serve hot with rice ♥️
