Coriander powder- 1 tb spoon Turmeric powder- 1/2 tea spoon Red chilly powder- 1 tea spoon Pepper- 1/4 tea spoon Nutmeg+Javitri powder- 1/2 tea spoon Garlic paste- 1 tb spoon Mustard Oil- 60 ml (25g) Cumin- one pinch
g Goat meat is initially marinated with core powdered spices like, coriander, turmeric, red chilly, pepper & Ginger-garlic paste for an hour. An iron tawa or cast iron flat kadhai is heated in low flame & ml of mustard oil is heated. Once cumin is placed in the hot oil, The marinade is then placed within & cooked on low flame for - minutes. Salt is added as per the taste requirements once the meat starts shedding moisture. Once the mutton is % cooked, teaspoons of roasted Nutmeg & javitri, grounded garam masala is sprinkled over the fried meat. The meat gets tinder within minutes enough to chew & reished. Serve it hot with dry roasted poha & chopped for best experience. #FITTRmasterchef
