Coriander powder
Red chilli powder

Cumin powder
Bring liter water to scolding boil, add mutton to the boiling water along with all other ingredients except cumin powder, chilli flakes and coriander powder. Simmer flame, cover and let it cook on its own for mins. Once the mutton is % done, add the dry spices with coriander leaves and simmer for more min till completion. Serve
