Eggs: 2
Mushroom: 200 gm
Onion: 30 gm
Cheese cube: 1 or 25 gm
Oil/butter: 5 ml
Salt: As per taste
Black pepper: As per taste
Oregano: As per taste
Chilli flakes: As per taste
Take a non-stick pan and half of the oil (. ml) in it.
Add chopped onion and sautue it for a minute.
Add sliced mushrooms and keep stirring it occasionally.
When the water released by mushrooms evaporates, add salt and pepper. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Now, in a mixing bowl break eggs. Add salt, pepper and whisk it nicely.
Pour the egg mixture onto a heated pan and spread it to make an omelette.
Once the omelette is almost done, spread the mushrooms stuffing on one half of the omelette.
Grate a cheese cube over it and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Fold the omelette.
After a minute, remove the omelette from the pan.
Mushroom Omelette is ready to be served with the condiment of your choice.
