Boiled split moong dal 30 gm
Wheat flour 40 gm
Ghee 10 ml
Carrom seed a pinch
Salt as per taste
Cumin seeds
Coriander powder
Chat masala
Chilli powder
Soak split moong dal for half an hour, after that drain the water take dal in pan add little water and salt and boil it for around mins or till it is half cooked
Take gm of wheat flour add pinch of carrom seeds and salt as per taste and knead the flour into soft dough
Once dal is boiled, drain the excess of water keep it aside and heat a pan add ml ghee and add cumin seeds ,once cumin seed splutters add the half boiled mong daal and add salt,coriander powder,chilli powder,chat masala and cook for few mins, stuffing for paratha is ready let it cool
Roll the dough add the stuffing and make paratha, apply ml ghee for making paratha
Moong stuff paratha is ready
