Moong dal. - 15 gram Jaggery. - 13 gram Ghee. - 5 gram Coconut milk. - 15 ml Cashew nut. - 2 gram
Step: Soak moong dal for minutes. Once soaked, add dal into a boiling water to cook well and mash keep it aside. Step: In a pan, add ghee with cashew nuts turn slightly brown colour. Add mashed moong dal along with jaggery let it melt completely and boil for minutes. If needed add water to melt jaggery. Step: Finally, add coconut milk and simmer for minutes. Before turn off the stove add a pinch of cardamom powder. Happy Tamil New Year.
