Moong dal - 200 grams - Soaked overnight
Curd - 100 grams
Onion diced
Tomatoes diced
3 - 4 cloves of garlic and 2 - 3 green chillies
Salt to taste
Oil as per needed
Wash the moong dal, in a blender add the moong dal along with garlic and green chilli and some salt and blend it to a paste.
Add water sparingly as the batter needs to be thick not watery, should stick to the spoon.
Add some oil to a pan and spread some chilla batter into a round.
Sprinkle some of the chopped tomatoes and onions over it and let it cook well on low - medium heat.
Flip and cook the other side.
Plate it and enjoy your healthy and easy meal with some lovely curd!
