Yellow moong dal soaked over 6 hrs - 50 gms
2 tsp (10 ml) oil
ginger,coriander leaves, cumin, green chilli paste
pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste
Soak dal over hrs. Drain the water.
Grind the dal with the ginger,coriander leaves, cumin,chilli paste. Add little turmeric and salt as per taste.
On a hot non-stick tawa, put a little oil and spread the batter in circular fashion like a dosa, medium thick.Cover it and let it cook. Flip the side. Add some more oil. Can skip adding it on this side.
Keep the tawa on medium to high flame. When the colour changes to a darker yellow, its ready. Cut through it with the spoon to see if its completely done. Have with curd.
