50 grams millets ( any whole millet)
50 grams green gram daal
5 ml oil
Salt and geeen chilli as per taste
Moringa leaves or spinach leaves
5 grams fenugreek seeds
Properly wash lentil and millet and than soak it for - hours with fenugreek seeds.
After soaking it for - hours grind it with either moringa leaves or spinach leaves. Along with some green chilli’s as per taste.
The batter is ready to make Dosa. Add water to adjust the consistency.
Enjoy it with coriander n tomato chutney and you can also add some paneer filling or enjoy it with eggs.
