Multigrain Bread- 2 slices
Fresh Paneer- 50 Gms
Tomato- 1 large
Butter- 4 gms
Green chilly- 1
Kasuri methi- 2 gms
Garlic - finely cut
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Black mustard seeds- a pinch
Coriander powder- 1 tbspoon
Take grams of Fresh Paneer. Use your fingers to mash it completely and keep aside.
Heat a Pan. Add gms of butter. Add Mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add fine chopped garlic. Saute for few seconds till color changes.
Then add green chilly to it along with chopped tomato. Add salt n turmeric powder . Mix properly n cover it with the lid for minutes. Flame should be medium.
Open the lid . Add coriander powder n mix. Add few drops of water. Then Add Fresh paneer n mix properly. Close the lid for mins.
Finally add Kasuri methi n mix properly. Close the lid for minutes. Then switch off the flame.
Take multigrain breads n just toast it so that it becomes Crispy. And its done. Enjoy the Breakfast with methi paneer bhurji and multigrain bread.
