Rava - 50gm Curd - 50gm Ginger garlic paste - 0.5 tsp grated carrot - 5gm , chopped coriander finely chopped onion eno -1/8th tsp salt to taste oil- just for brushing the idli pan
-Roast Rava till it becomes golden. Add curd to it. mix well. make sure no lumps remains. - add rest all ingredients except Eno. -add a little about /th cup water, mix well and rest the batter for min. The rava will soak all the water. - Make idli pan ready. After min, add some more water, if needed to make idli batter consistency. - Scoop the batter into the Idli pan and steam it for - min. -You get about medium size idli. serve warm with green chutney and Ginger Tea.
