Paneer:50 g
Potato boiled:50 g
Curd :30 g
Tomato:50 g
Onion: half small 35 g
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Cardamom powder
Almonds:2
Cashew :4
Raisins:10
Ghee: 6 g ( 2 tsp )
Fresh coconut:5 g
Stevia/ sugar -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi
Shahi jeera :1/2 tsp
Make paste of cashews , tomato, fresh coconut ,Kashmiri chilli powder and g paneer
Mash boiled potato with paneer
Add a pinch of salt & stevia to paneer potato mixture
Chop almonds & raisins
Make - balls of potato paneer mixture & stuff almonds,raisins mixture in the centre
Heat appe pan , brush ghee & fry kofta nicely
In karahi brush ghee , add shahi jeera ,onion Stir fry till golden
Add tomato, cashew paste , keep stirring
Add salt , cardamom powder,kasuri methi , stevia/ sugar ( half tsp )
Add koftas & cook for - mins
Garnish with beaten curd or cream
