100 gms of low fat high protein paneer.
200 gms of brocolli
25 gms of processed cheese
10gms of butter
mixed herbs chili flakes black pepper.
boil brocolli for - mins and drain the water. grind paneer with garlic and all the spices till it's of paste like consistency. add gms of butter in the pan and sear the boiled brocolli in it. add the mix the paneer paste in the pan. mix it well till the water is reduced and the dish becomes of thick consistency. grate the cheese cube on top of the dish. and enjoy it hot!
