1 litre double toned milk 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp water optional: finely cut green chillies, coriander, chilli flakes and salt
Start by heating the milk then once it starts boiling add the diluted vinegar. Once the milk starts to curdle drain it in Maslin cloth then store it in a air tight container.
