Multigrain flour - 60 g
Sattu or grounded roasted black gram - 50g
Potato - 75 g
Brinjal - 50 g
Tomato- 100 g
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Lemon juice as per taste
Salt to taste
Green chilli to taste
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Ginger - 1 tsp ( fine chopped)
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 5 g
Mustard oils - 5 g
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp or less
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Mix ghee, crushed carom seeds, asafoetida , salt and flour well and then make soft dough using water. Let it rest until we make the filling
Filling - mix sattu, / tsp ginger, lemon, mustard oil( smoked ), salt, onion seeds , garlic cloves finely chopped,green chilli chopped, g chopped onion, . tsp chopped coriander and salt.
Chokha- Roast Bringal, tomato, garlic and onion in oven or using gas( I did in oven). Then mash everything with boiled potato. Season it with salt, cumin powder and lemon juice.
Green chutney- grind coriander leaves, Mint leaves, remaining asafoetida, cumin powder, salt, green chilli and lemon juice to a smooth paste
Red chutney- Grind roasted tomato (g) , garlic cloves, red chilies ( as per taste) and salt to a smooth paste
Litti - divide the dough and filing into three equal parts.stuff the filling into the dough balls to make litti. Now bake them for - min at C in a preheated oven.
