Chicken breast 200g
Baguette bread 50g
Salad mix 50g
Olive oil 10 ml
Fresh Basil
Chopped parsley
Lemon
Chili flakes
Oregano
Garlic
Black pepper

Salt
Take a blender into the jar add chopped parsley, fresh basil, garlic, chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, stevia, black pepper and salt. Blend it to rough marinade and pour it on chicken breast. Mix and set aside at least for minutes.
Heat a grill pan, add chicken fillet and pour the marinade on top of the chicken. Grill on high heat for minutes each side. Lower the heat and cook for another minutes each side. Take a silver foil and cover the chicken breast and let it rest for couple of minutes.
Toast baguette bread at degree for to minutes with any spread of your choice in air fryer or oven. I used the same marinade which I had made.
Take a plate arrange the salad with red lettuce, sorrel, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, horse radish and season it with black pepper and salt. Now place the chicken breast on top and garnish with microleaves and cherry tomatoes. Serve with baguette bread slices.
