The first step is to wash the lauki and peel it. Grate around -gms of it. Make sure lauki is not sour or bitter.
Add g of butter/ghee in a pan on medium flame.
Add the grated lauki. Mix it well for - mins.
Then add ml of milk and green Elaichi. Mix it well and continue to cook it for mins on low flame.
Make sure the milk has reduced after mins and is absorbed. If it doesn't then cook it for another - mins and add sugar free pellets as per your taste buds
Garnish with almonds and raisins as this is optional.
