Onion - 100gm Raw Kairi- 100gm Lemon - 1 Spices - red mirch, salt, Haldi, pinch of rai seeds, hing Oil - 5gm (optional) Sugar - 5gm Sugarfree - 3 spoons
Chop Kairi and onion into small pieces and mix togetger.
Apply spices, add salt and squeeze lemon juice into the mixture. Let this sit in an airtight jar for day. You will see little water/juice in jar next day.
Add sugarfree and gm sugar to it. This will balance the tangy taste of raw mango. Give it a proper mix
If you wish to add oil, heat it and let it come to normal temperature. Add it to the mixture. Let it sit overnight in the jar.
Thats it. Pickle is ready. This is made for week. I adjusted the veggies and oil in my weekly chart.
Adjust the veggies, oil, sugar as per your chart. You can make changes as well.
