30 grms jowar flour
10 grms rice flour
half small onion
half small tomato
garlic 4-5 cloves
small piece of ginger
green chilly
coriander leaves
oil 7.5 grams ( can be increased or decreased based on your diet)
jeera powder as per taste
salt as per taste
Add . grms of oil in a pan
Add onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, green chilly and fry it little bit
Add all the above fried masala in a mixer jar, add salt, jeera powder, corriander leaves, water and grind it
Take a bowl and add jowar and rice flour, add the above grinded masala, and add water to make a liquid batter. ( don't make the batter too thick, keep it a little watery)
Heat a pan and add oil/ ghee and put your dosa batter, flip it and cook on the other side.
Serve it with corriander and mint chutney.
