Ingredients

8 gram oil 100 gram Chicken 1 whole egg 150 gram vegetables 40 gram rice chopped garlic, chopped ginger ,chopped chilies 30 gram onion 20 gram tomato 2 tbsp soy sauce salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Step : Cook Rice -Add water, salt, and rice to a pot -Cook until rice is perfectly cooked

Step 2

Step : Marinate Chicken In a bowl, mix together: - Chicken spices (ginger, chili, garlic paste, salt to taste) - Soy sauce - Marinate chicken for minutes

Step 3

Step : Cook Vegetables -Heat grams of oil in a pan - Add chopped ginger, garlic,onion n chillies - Add chopped vegetables and sauté - Add black pepper and salt to taste - Optional: add tomato slices and sauté for a few seconds

Step 4

Step : Cook Chicken - Heat grams of oil in a pan - Add marinated chicken and cover - Cook until chicken is soft and tender

Step 5

Step : Cook Egg - In the same pan, add gram of oil - Cook egg sunny side up

Step 6

Plating - In a bowl, place cooked rice - Add vegetables to one side - Place chicken on top - Add sunny side up egg Enjoy your delicious meal!
