▪ 50 gm Jowar/Sorghum flour
▪ 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
▪ 1/4 teaspoon chilly powder
▪ 400 ml water
▪ salt
In a bowl take jowar flour. Add water to make a paste and let it ferment for days. (Fermentation time depends on the weather)
Boil water in a pan. Add sesame seeds, chilly powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add fermented jowar paste to the boiling water slowly while continuously stirring it.
Keep stirring it in between till it is cooked completely. Should take around - minutes.
Turn off the flame.
