Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic - 2-3
Salt
Olive oil
Chilli powder
Warm water
Coriander leaves for garnish
- Recipe for gms - Soak Chikpeas overnight ( or at least hrs) - Pressure cook them untill soft with salt as per taste - Roast White sesame , Cumin seeds slightly - Grind/blend Boiled chickpeas, few cloves of garlic, roasted sesame and Cumin in a mixer with little warm water. - Tada! Hummus is ready! - Drizzle olive oil and some chilli powder as per taste - adjust salt if required - Garnish with Coriander and serve Super yummy healthy tasty lip smacking dip for all your veggies!
