Take a pressure cooker, pore only grams of oil, mustard seed, Fenugreek seed, once it changes colour add urad dal, chana dal, green chilli (finally chopped ) curry leaves, cumin seed, Ginger powder, turmeric powder .
Add washed rice and fry for few seconds then add moong dal, salt and amchur powder.
mix well and then add double amount of water, close the lid and let it cook for three whistle ....its Done
Add grams of coconut oil on the top of the dish just before eating.
