2 toatsed whole wheat bread - P:4.5 gm C:23.5 gm F : 2 gm Chicken breast raw: 100 gm P: 25 gm C : 0 F : 3 gm Olive oil : 5 ml for marination P : 0 C : 0 F : 5 gm 3 whole eggs P : 18 gm C : 1 gm F : 15 gm 5ml butter P : 0 C : 0 F : 4 gm Total P : 47.5 C: 24.5 F:29 gm

Method

Step 1

Step- : Cut onions and garlic into fine pieces Step- : take whole eggs and add chopped onion and garlic with Chilly powder , salt and pepper . Step- : take gm butter and make an omelette Step- : take gm of chicken breast raw and marinate it with gm olive oil, chilly powder, origano, chilly flakes, turmeric powder, garam masala , kasoori meethi and lemon juice Step-: Put the marinated chicken in air fryer for min at degree Celsius Step - : toast your gm whole wheat bread in a toaster. Step- : Serve it in a plate and enjoy your high protein brunch / breakfast with low calorie!
