Soya chunks - 50 grams Cornflour - 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Paprika to taste Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon Oil - 5 ml Paneer (optional) Garlic (chopped) Onion (chopped) Bell peppers (chopped) Spring onions (for garnish) Sauce Ingredients: • Tomato ketchup - 15 ml • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon • Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Boil your soya chunks for minutes and then dry and squeeze out the extra water. . Coat the soya chunks in cornflower salt, paprika and a teaspoon soy sauce. . Mix well until coated. . Brush your nonstick pan with some oil and add your coated soya chunks. Cook them until they become crispy. Adding paneer is completely optional. . Set the soya chunks aside. . Mix together all the sauce ingredients I have listed in under Sauce ingredients and set this aside. . In the same nonstick pan, brush some oil and add chopped garlic, onions, and bell peppers. . Cook until they become soft. . Add your crispy soya chunks and the sauce you kept aside earlier. . Top with spring onions, mix well and enjoy.
